About Us
Who We Are
Wild Bear is a specialty coffee roastery based in Chelsea, London. Founded in 2009 by Erin Musli, we roast, brew, and serve coffee with one standard in mind: reliability. Not the loudest name in specialty coffee, but one you can trust cup after cup.
Where to Find Us
Our roastery and café sit at Unit 1, Building KC2A, 33 Lots Road, Chelsea Waterfront, SW10 0QH — come by to watch coffee being roasted, sit in for a cup, or pick up beans to take home. Our coffee is also served at bonbon Fulham and bonbon Kensington.
How We Work
Every coffee we release is cupped, tested, and roasted against a documented profile before it ever reaches a bag or a cup — consistency isn't left to chance. Our team trains on the same standards, so the coffee you get today tastes the way it did last time, and the time before that.
